2021 AMERIND Safety Poster Contest

Attention Artists!

Submit your safety themed poster to your local housing authority. You could win $1,000!
National winner in each category (K-3, 4-6, 7-8) receives $1,000.

Before You Get Started!

1. MATERIALS:
Use a blank 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper.

2. CLEARLY PRINT:
• First, Last Name
• Grade
• Tribal Affiliation
• Phone Number
• Housing Authority

3. BEGIN:
Turn paper over and create your masterpiece.

IMPORTANT DATES

NOV 2020 – MAR 2021

Local housing authority hosts the AMERIND Safety Poster Contest. The theme can be any safety topic you would like.  Some examples are: COVID Prevention, Cyber Bullying, Who do you keep safe by staying safe during the pandemic, or any other safety topic you can think of.

One winner is selected from each category (K-3, 4-6, 7-8). Winners are sent to respective regional housing authority association for Regional Voting. DO NOT SEND TO AMERIND.

MAR 2021 – MAY 2021

Regional housing authority selects one winner from the local entries in each category (K-3, 4-6, 7-8).

Winners from each category are submitted to AMERIND.

Regional Housing winners must be submitted to AMERIND Safety Service Team no later than May 21, 2021.

JUNE 2021

National online voting. One winner from each category is selected.

JULY 2021

Winners announced by AMERIND Safety Services Team.
