Board of Directors Legal Counsel
Job Summary
The AMERIND Risk Management Corporation’s Board of Directors (the “AMERIND Board”), a federal section 17 federal corporation, is seeking proposals from qualified firms who can demonstrate substantial experience and expertise in providing legal support in the exercise of the AMERIND Board’s legal authority including but not limited to, legal research, corporate governance and preparation of legal documents, legal advisement and representation of the AMERIND Board. AMERIND does retain corporate counsel separate from Board counsel. It is the intent of the AMERIND Board to retain a qualified firm who can provide legal support to the AMERIND Board in all aspects of development including board and corporate governance, governmental (federal and state) reporting as well as non-governmental commercial enterprises.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will operate as a trusted financial advisor
and strategic partner to AMERIND’s leadership team and board of directors by
effective leading enterprise-wide processes for financial planning, forecasting,
budgeting, and analysis. This position will work across the organization with
functional leaders to support the development, implementation and monitoring of
short-term and long-term financial strategies, ensuring the company’s growth,
performance and continued success. Provides leadership and coordination in the
finance, accounting, IT and budgeting for AMERIND. Ensures that all accounting
and financial operations are executed in accordance with the system of internal
controls, and all applicable tribal, state, and federal regulations are in
accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Governmental
Accounting Standards, and Statutory Accounting Principles.
