AMERIND Critical Infrastructure Project Specialist

Job Summary
Performs a wide range of analytical, research, strategic planning, and administrative responsibilities for AMERIND Critical Infrastructure (“ACI”), reporting directly to the Director of ACI and coordinating closely with ACI’s Project Manager. Supports existing customers’ needs, development of new customers, and outreach to potential customers. Job Summary

Actuarial Analyst I

Job Summary
The Actuarial Analyst will be an integral member of a team that supports AMERIND’s business operations by working closely with business units to determine rate accuracy and adequacy, providing key analysis of the books of business across all LOBs (lines of business) and identifying problem areas early, and developing pricing models on a wide range of products. Product Owner I

Job Summary
Under general supervision, maintain the product backlog for concurrent projects. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders the changes to the policy administration system (PAS). Within set procedures, leverage the configuration backend of the PAS to make minor changes to the system, while working the various vendors on robust changes. AMERIND Critical Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Summary
Provides expert project and regulatory support for the company and project management of ACI infrastructure and development projects, reporting directly to the Director of ACI, and in close coordination with the CSO & GC. Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative

Job Summary

The Senior Workers’ Comp Claims Representative handles Tribal Workers’ Compensation claims and is responsible
for all technical aspects of claims management for assigned files, including compliance with the AMERIND Risk
Benefit Endorsement, Tribal Ordinances (when applicable) and all established performance guidelines. This
individual demonstrates positive and professional relationships with Members, Brokers and Clients. Through and in
coordination with TWC Manager, this position also consults with Executive level Officers, as necessary, for the
resolution of case and claims issues. Individual will also monitor developments in the field, clients and customers to
evolve AMERIND WC programs and policies.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

Job Experience

Ten or more years of experience handling workers’ compensation claims.
Two or more years of experience handling Tribal workers’ compensation claims including, but not limited to, complex
jurisdictional (statutory v. Tribal) litigated claims.

Certifications

Insurance Professional Designation (AIC, CPCU or AINS) preferred
Advancement contingent on the ability to obtain Associates in General Insurance (AINS) designation within the first
two years of employment.
AINS 21 required within eight (8) months for continued employment

Other Qualifications

Prior management experience preferred
Demonstrate working knowledge of workers’ compensation administration rules/laws and/or Tribal Work Comp
