The Senior Workers’ Comp Claims Representative handles Tribal Workers’ Compensation claims and is responsible for all technical aspects of claims management for assigned files, including compliance with the AMERIND Risk Benefit Endorsement, Tribal Ordinances (when applicable) and all established performance guidelines.  This individual demonstrates positive and professional relationships with Members, Brokers and Clients. Through and in coordination with TWC Manager, this position also consults with Executive level Officers, as necessary, for the resolution of case and claims issues. Individual will also monitor developments in the field, clients, and customers to evolve AMERIND WC programs and policies.

Job Summary
Interacts directly with the senior report writers and other teams throughout the company to deliver reporting solutions and projects, translating numbers into common insurance language to help the company make better business decisions. This position will help build business intelligence and reporting solutions, producing a range of reports, dashboards, and other solutions. This role will compile data from disparate sources connecting the dots between unrelated systems to create good data integration onto reports. Enhance existing reports using various business intelligence tools, through information available in the data warehouse in order to deliver report solutions and reporting packages, database solutions, as well as maintenance of existing services and deliverables related to reporting needs.

Job Summary
With the guidance of the Senior Data Analyst, interacts directly with AMERIND teams to deliver quality data analysis initiatives and requests. Identify and interpret data sets from various sources, translating numbers into common insurance language to help the company make better business decisions. Be proactive with gaining experience in the database information systems; work out smarter solutions to more complex data issues to support senior level analysts’ reporting needs. Gathers data requirements from various departments and maps a data blueprint for reports.
