Accounting Assistant

Job Summary
Performs a variety of routine day-to-day operations that involve processing of transactions and reconciliation of accounts, while reporting directly to the Director of Finance and while communicating and coordinating with other members of the Finance team. Maintains and updates financial records, prepares reports and reconciles bank statements. Reviews accounts for accuracy and confirms postings for daily reporting. Utilizes accounting software programs (e.g. Great Plains) to process business transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, credit card vouchers prepare routine standard reports concerning financial operations data.

AMERIND Critical Infrastructure Special Projects Manager

Job Summary
Provides expert project support for the company and project management of ACI’s partnership with the National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) and related projects, reporting directly to the Director of ACI, and in close coordination with the CSO & GC.  Operates as the primary point of contact for the National Digital Navigator Corps projects located on Tribal lands and in Tribal communities, and an internal coordination manager for all parties involved in these projects.  Executes the provision of individualized ACI client services (i.e., project, community, and business-related needs) for Digital Navigator projects.  Participates in highly-specialized training to build, develop, and maintain knowledge and expertise in the field of digital inclusion.  Coordinates at the direction of the Director of ACI on executing a comprehensive plan to support six host sites serving Tribal and indigenous communities, the six mentors for these communities, and the individual Digital Navigators.  Travels to the six host sites and Tribal communities to oversee and participate in on-the ground digital inclusion efforts.  Builds and cultivates relationships with host organizations and Tribal communities. Analyzes and assists in developing data analysis tools and methods to measure the impact of the National Digital Navigator Corps projects on Tribal lands.  Coordinates closely with the Director of ACI, the Executive team, and Leadership Team to maintain effective cross-departmental efforts, outreach, and development strategies.  Maintains strict confidentiality of privileged information and communications.

Product Owner I

Job Summary
Under general supervision, maintain the product backlog for concurrent projects. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders the changes to the policy administration system (PAS). Within set procedures, leverage the configuration backend of the PAS to make minor changes to the system, while working the various vendors on robust changes. Work with the Director of Product Development and other stakeholders to develop, maintain, and execute the product roadmap of AMERIND products. Program Manager

Job Summary

The program manager is responsible for the execution of one or more simultaneous products under development according to the released Product Life Cycle/Phase Review process from program approval through volume production. The program manager will supervise a program team to create and build client relationships while sponsoring interaction to obtain projects.
