It has come to my attention that Tribal Nations may have been advised or provided with materials containing pricing indications from AMERIND for insurance proposals or quotes for coverage.
Please be advised that AMERIND maintains industry standards by entering into broker appointment agreements with licensed brokers. These agreements provide them with the appropriate access to AMERIND’s products and services to properly provide Tribal Nations with our pricing quotes for insurance coverage(s). The following brokers have not had such access to AMERIND since 2012 and will not in the foreseeable future have access to any AMERIND coverage or programs.

- HUB International
- Pacific AG Insurance Agency (specifically Jimmy Heskett)
- Sullivan Insurance Agency
If you are presented with documents, information or materials of any sort containing a representation of AMERIND, AMERIND’s programs, coverages, or pricing, please contact me. AMERIND will be happy to confirm whether we have provided a brokerage with an appointment and/or quote for insurance coverage. We appreciate your support and strive to ensure that Tribal Nations have complete access to all markets available to them.
