Announcement for AMERIND | NAIHC Annual Meeting

As the Annual meeting in Seattle, May 16-19, 2022 is approaching, AMERIND and NAIHC are sending this announcement to inform you to use caution as you spend your week in downtown Seattle.  Certain areas of downtown Seattle are continuing to recover from the negative societal impacts of the pandemic.  As result, it is advisable to travel in groups if you are walking around downtown Seattle, especially after hours and during the nighttime.  If you are going a longer distance, please consider using a taxi or rideshare service.  This alert is not intended to alarm you, but just to remind you that as things return to normal in major metropolitan areas such as Seattle, there continue to be lingering negative effects in public spaces.  Thank you and we look forward to seeing you in Seattle!
